Not only will you receive some incredible professional photos of your doggo, but also a scrumptious cake. Our package has been designed to be an all inclusive experience for you and your pooch.

Questions, T’s & C’s and Nitty Gritty information
Outdoor location shoots:
The outdoor locations are weather dependent. If the weather is not great for the photo shoot on your selected date, your shoot will be postponed until the next available day (this will be within 24-48 hours of your original date) when the weather is better. Alternatively, the shoot can also take place at your home (indoor). CT based only.

How do I choose my preferred date for the photo shoot?
At the checkout page, you can add your preferred shoot date, please note all dates are subject to availability and you will be notified if your date needs to be amended. We aim to work within a 2 day date structure max around your preferred date, due to any potential weather issues/photographer availability. (**Please allow for at least 4 days notice for all bookings).

Can I book my shoot in advance?
Yes, you are more than welcome to book your shoot well in advance too. This will allow more flexibility with securing your date for the future shoot.

Can I choose my own location other than the options provided?
Yes, you are more than welcome to. If the location falls outside of the allocated 40km radius from CBD, additional fees may apply and you will be notified.

How many dogs per shoot:
We aim to focus on the birthday boy/girl, therefore our package has been conveniently set up for one doggie per photo shoot, but do not worry, if you want your additional kiddos get in on the shoot, that is no problem, each additional pooch will be charged at an additional fee. (Add your extra doggie/s to the shoot – find this option under “Extra Dogs” and select the number of poochies).

What if I don’t pre-book my additional dogs for the shoot, but on the day I want to add them in?
This is no problem at all, we will book your doggies in for the shoot, and bill you after. Once the additional payment has been received, then the photos will be released to you.

How long do I have to wait until I receive my photo’s after the shoot?
Your fabulous photos will reach you within 4 days from the shoot. *Please note, only high quality digital files will be supplied and no prints.

What to do before the shoot:
Perhaps a 30min walk before the photo shoot, to tire doggo out a little, this allows them to be slightly calmer for the session. Don’t feed your pup too much before the photo shoot, so that he/she can enjoy the cake and shoot. You are welcome to dress your pup up if you have a theme going, these always look beautiful too.

What’s in the meaty cake option?
So we’ve chosen all of our very own Lacey’s favourites to go into this very extra special cake. This cake does contain, chicken, bacon, cheese, liver biltong (pets Elite brand) and then our usual fruits & veggies.

Can I supply my own pawty setup and props?
Yes, you are more than welcome to have your own props and setup ready for the photographer. If you do decided to have a lovely setup made up in your home, please could you choose a well light room/space. We ask that the setup be ready before the photographer arrives, as setting up while she waits, will only shorten your photo shoot session.

**Please note that we only accept full payment for our cake smash photo shoots. This will allow us to secure your shoot with our photographer promptly. Once your photo shoot has been booked, and paid for, we do not offer any refunds. We are happy to amend your date of the shoot to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances.
